As an added convenience, consulting programs are also available for those who's schedules do not permit meetings with a trainer on a regular basis or for those who live out of town. Food and workout journals will be monitored closely on a weekly basis via e-mail to chart your progress. Includes a phone call once a week to keep you on track! We have A low Monthly rate available to suit your needs.

Just like above, you get everything you need at the weekly rate. For those that are already involved in a program and need to take it to the next level or simply need something new, you have this option that also fits your needs.
